The server
- Glitch'd Roleplay is a community-run FiveM server operated by Glitch Studios. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
- Glitch'd Roleplay is a fictional game. It is not associated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Australian Government, the NSW Government, the NSW Police Force, NSW Ambulance or any other government agency. Police, ambulance and other services in the city are fictional versions for roleplay only, and nothing in the game is real legal, medical or emergency advice. In a real emergency, call 000.
- Access to the server is a privilege. We may remove access (kick, ban) for breaking the server rules, at our discretion.
- The server, its content and your in-game progress (money, items, vehicles, property) may change, be reset or be removed at any time. In-game items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Purchases
- All purchases are processed by Tebex Limited, our merchant of record. Your payment is also subject to Tebex's terms.
- Purchases are voluntary support for the server. They are cosmetic or quality-of-life only and never give a gameplay advantage, in line with the Cfx.re Platform License Agreement.
- Perks are delivered to the Cfx.re account you log in with at checkout. Make sure it's the account you play on.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Tebex receipt.
- If you are banned for breaking the rules, you lose access to purchased perks and are not entitled to a refund, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires one.
- Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the server or store means you accept the changes.
