This policy covers the Glitch'd Roleplay website and store. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Store purchases. Tebex processes your payment and shares with us your Cfx.re username, the items you bought and the transaction ID. We never see your card details.
- Basket cookie. One cookie (
gd_basket) remembers your basket for up to 7 days. It holds a random basket ID only. - Live map. The website shows how many players are in each district. It never shows names, positions or anything that identifies you.
- Server logs. Standard web server logs (IP address, pages visited) kept for up to 30 days for security.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by opening a ticket in our Discord. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). Payment records held by Tebex are covered by Tebex's privacy policy.
